I love my extra space storage place in Carpentersville, IL location. Steve and the staff are awesome. They are very good about reaching out to me right before a late fee kicks in on my account right after the 1st of the month. That is a helpful reminder for me as when I’m wrapped up with my contractor work driving all over to let me know to handle the payment. I’m a contractor so I can’t always have payments on auto charge. Also Steve was able to help me switch into a bigger unit and save some $$ . It’s a clean storage unit as well. I’m grateful for the staff there. TK

This is my first time renting a unit at Extra Space Storage. I would definitely recommend them. The staff was extremely helpful in finding me the perfect unit that fit my needs. The unit was at a different location than where I was when I went in. Steve at the unit waited for me to get there and was very helpful in setting things up. The property was very clean and made things very easy to move my stuff in. Very happy with my rental!

My wife and I found the staff at Extra Space both friendly and helpful. We are renting three storage units. We are the first to rent these three and found them very clean. The pricing at Extra Space is the best that we have found.

Our experience at Extra Space Storage was excellent, the guy that was helping us was very friendly, helpful and answered every question we had and was very nice to show us our storage space that we wanted to rent, and also explained everything to us about the storage we needed to know and learn about I highly recommend this storage when you need to put away things you don’t need in your home.
