Everyone I have spoken with at Extra Space had been very nice and incredibly helpful. Talked to Steve - great guy, by the way - and he was extremely helpful. He talked to me about what size I wanted & actually suggested something smaller, although I did end up getting a larger unit (I always seem to underestimate!) They have an app to open the door. Units are bright & clean.
