Joyce and Anita are both amazing each time I interact with them! Joyce is always on top of her game, friendly and helpful. Though I no longer rent with extra space due to the amount of times they raised my rent in the last 10 months, it is no reflection of the staff at the Algonquin location. Joyce is honestly why I stayed as long as I did. She doesn’t just go above and beyond, because that just seems to be her normal M.O., she genuinely is always trying to be helpful and assist in anyway she can. Extra space, it’s a bummer you raised the rent so high. I really enjoyed everything else about my experience! Joyce keeps that facility tip top. You should cherish such a dedicated employee, truly!
