Bridget went above and beyond, in my opinion, to find storage unit examples she thought I would like, explain how the drive-up vs. using a dolly worked, indulging me with “smelling“ each unit. I thought it was great to finish the rental process on the telephone, and then, when I arrived the first time, a directional map was in an email note and Brigitte put a lock in my storage unit, along with my receipt and paper map. Really beautiful facility.

Always been in good contact making sure everything got handled and setup, very friendly and great place to store that extra stuff !!!! Also clean environment makes for easy moving especially with provided carts.

I called and spoke with Carol regarding a storage unit, she was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! She gave me the best deal out of the multiple other companies I’ve called! Great service, great rates! I highly recommend this place!

Rented a storage locker few weeks ago dealt with Bridget was very professional and help me get the correct unit for my purpose of needs And she was very customer friendly I would advise extra space storage to anyone good clean facility and good prices

I made a reservation on Saturday for a unit and they had keys for me that day! Then plans unexpectedly changed and I wasn't able to move my stuff to that location. They gave me a full refund with absolutely no issues. Excellent customer service! Thanks Bridget!

Very nice experience at this new facility, very clean & new, Bridget was very helpful and knowledgeable! I realized my space was too small and she was able to change it up very quickly with a smile! The entry and use of space is very easy and convenient! Highly recommend!

Bridget did a great job helping my husband and I establish a storage space. She was very friendly and knowledgeable and took a great deal of time explaining and showing us the different sizes of the storage units.
