I recently had to downsize and was super stressed about the whole situation, but the experience/customer service I had at the Carpentersville location made it so much easier!! Steve Elliott the manager(which I didn’t realize at the time) was so very helpful!! He was so patient, kind, understanding that I definitely recommend going to see him! He got me the perfect unit for all my belongings and having his friendly face greet me every time I stepped in let me know I couldn’t be in better hands!!
