I have parked my motorhome in this lot for several years thru the different ownership/management changes. The last couple of years I moved my unit indoors for the winter at another facility but, I always move back for the spring and summer months. The last couple of years, Roadie Ric has been great to work with when I'm moving back in. A couple of things I don't like: Charging a return customer for an Admin Fee. Why? You had all my info in your system. Potholes! Some of the potholes are getting quite large. Please dump some more gravel in these potholes before my car dolly bottoms out and gets stuck. I really thought this would happen last year but it didn't and like I said, the potholes are getting big.
