Mary was very thorough with explaining to me on everything I needed to know. Great customer service. Update…. I used this storage unit for about 3 months or so and I will say, it was always clean, safe and secure and if you get a unit on the inside, it’s has clement control so you can get what you need to get done in the comfort of not being too hot or cold. I also love that it’s in the cut, not a lot of traffic but, secure cams everywhere so you still feel safe. Mary and staff are very nice, helpful and acknowledgeable. Mary has Great customer service and positive attitude. I wish all places had customer service & positive attitude like Mary. Also, the prices to rent units are reasonable. Depending on what size you need. I would definitely use them again.

Lauren White was very helpful with assisting my company obtain suitable storage for our tools and materials. Originally the space we needed wasn't available because there was a large metal post that would have prevented us from bringing our tools in and out of the unit she showed me. I left her my business card and it just so happened someone moved out of a unit the exact size I was looking for, Lauren gave me a call and we rented the unit immediately, which I desperately needed because I was receiving a material delivery that same day.
