Five stars truly are not enough for Carly, the manager at this Extra Space Storage location. From the beginning, she has been incredibly welcoming, professional, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure I had the right space for my needs. When my storage needs changed, she listened carefully, walked me through my options, answered every question, and made the entire transition to a larger unit feel completely seamless, even with a very tight timeline. She never made me feel rushed or like I was merely another customer. She treated my business, my belongings, and my concerns as though they genuinely mattered. Her communication, patience, problem-solving, and level of care are exceptional. Having someone this dependable managing the facility gives me tremendous peace of mind and makes me feel confident keeping my business inventory here.
