I’ve worked with Victor and Johnny over the past few months in order to initially move-in to our storage space and to answer questions about my account and unit size needs. Both have been polite, professional, and knowledgeable. The facility is clean, climate-controlled, and convenient to our home in Portage Park. If you want old school interaction s,friendliness,respect,understanding, pleasantness, Great listeners, *POSITIVE ?? ??, Just plain NORMAL mature acting,etc.this is the place to go??.All of this made a WORLD of difference,while I was going through some tough times. No robotic,scripted,gas lighting, word salad, powerplay, etc.talk.Ive had contact with Johnny & Victor (Awesome Guys !??)??.One day, Victor just got off from work,to head home,but notice,I was having car problems.He took the time to see if I needed assistance with antifreeze.Is'nt this nice?Ive been here for aprox. 10yrs, obviously,I feel comfortable & I trust them. I can't say this for other storage places.
