Very clean, high quality costumer service both over the phone with Ricardo and in person with Denise.Denise ,without exaggeration, she's a very professional person, she knows every detail and explaining everything with a big pleasure. This was such an easy, no pressure experience. We met with Denise who was super friendly and helpful. She showed us a few different options and within 10-15 minutes later we had our gate code and key. We've been in and out of there to store things and it' been really easy. Very happy with everything! Did I mention Denise is awesome? :)

Denise makes this place. She is courteous, knowledgeable and a great salesperson. Did I mention courteous? Others could learn from her general demeanor. I almost went with another place but she made several salient points that made me see the advantages of staying with Extra Space. .
