Carly was awesome. I literally asked her 1000 questions and she answered each and every one with such professionalism. She made me feel welcomed and even though this was my first time using storage she made everything sound easy and it took a lot of stress off of me. This place is clean and the lights are bright you don’t feel like you’re in a creepy place. Thanks Carly, it’s not everyday you come across someone who truly cares about there customers!

I've had such a great experience with Extra Space Storage, and a big reason why is Chris. She is incredibly helpful, friendly, and patient while helping me find the right storage unit for my needs. She always takes the time to make sure everything works out for me and always goes above and beyond in a way I don't often see anymore. Because of the excellent service I received from her last year, I actually came back this season to rent another unit. Chris makes the whole process easy and stress free, and I appreciate her attentiveness and care. Thank you again, Chris, for all of your help!
