I've been with them for a couple of years. Good so far. Unfortunately, they just had a small incident of fire on 5-20-2025 but I will give them credit they contacted me immediately via my email and text message. And let me know to make an appointment to go check out my locker to see how much damage I have in my storage locker, due to water sprinklers overhead that caused water damage and a bit of flooding. But after just moving my in-house air conditioner, I noticed the boxes behind it on the sidewalk showing water damage. A worker had to help me move it due to it being a bit too heavy for me. But thank you Cindy and team for being professional at doing you're jobs. But I was heartbroken that many of my collectible action figures were damaged by the water what happened to know the insurance is willing to cover it, not everything but much since a few of my collections are no longer found in the stores. But Jessica from the insurance company is very professional as well, I enjoy talking to her and she fully understood what my collections mean to me just like baseball cards or basketball cards mean to collectors..

Staff was super helpful. Quickly resolved my problem with a smile.

I was one of the tenants affected by the unfortunate fire incident at Moon Extra Space Storage and despite the circumstances, I can genuinely say that the team went above and beyond to support me. From the very beginning, I was kept fully informed, they sent me a letter explaining everything and made sure I knew what steps would be taken throughout the process. The onsite team did an incredible job, working with care and professionalism. Even during such a stressful time, the staff at this location treated me with kindness, respect and constant attention. They were always available to answer my questions, guide me through EVERYTHING I needed to make sure I felt supported. This is a facility where the team truly cares about their customers. They keep the property well maintained and their communication and empathy are unmatched. I’m thankful for how they handled everything and I absolutely continue to recommend this location. If you’re looking for a place where the staff will genuinely look out for you, this is it. They’re simply amazing.
