Such trash, squeeze every dime out of you. They will lure you in with a low rate and then 6 months in they raise it a ton. And it’s not like they list it as a sale price, and then tell you what it will be later and when it will go up. Nah, they list it as the best deal in town and then jack up the rate a ton once you are settle in. I’m sure they worked into the contract some language of how they can just be monstrous predators, so that’s probably all good legally, but why must every business we encounter squeeze us for every cent we work so hard for. Will be moving out soon, so there will be some extra space for someone else. Maybe that’s where they got the name. What a joke.
