Extremely Disappointing & Unprofessional This place has gone downhill fast. In less than a year, my rent was increased multiple times with no improvements whatsoever. What started as a reasonable price quickly turned into an overpriced nightmare. Raising prices while cutting basic service is unacceptable. The property is constantly dirty and poorly maintained. During winter, they do not salt or properly clear snow, making the entrance unsafe. I’ve personally seen the main walkway and entry area covered in ice with no effort from management to address it. On top of that, the main gate rarely works, causing frequent access issues and making the “secure storage” claim meaningless. These are basic expectations for a storage facility, and they consistently fail. Customer service is dismissive and unhelpful. Rent goes up, conditions get worse. If you value safety, reliability, and fair pricing, avoid this location and look elsewhere.
