First time renting a storage unit, Securing a unit over the phone was fast and easy. Getting access to the unit without unemployed was great. Instructions were clear on how to get to the unit and the lock. Unfortunately, my unit was smaller than expected. I upgraded to a larger unit without a problem, just paid a little extra for upgrading the size other than that great service would definitely recommend.
