Horrible service. The 2 clowns that work there, blocked my account and I couldn’t even rent from another location. There is no way to complain to the corporate office, they just bounce you around from one manager to another. I just moved to Chicago from Florida, so I spent a lot of time organizing my things. And they put a red flag on my account, so I would get the same treatment at another location. I am done with extra storage, I will seek business elsewhere….
