Marcella did a wonderful job showing me around the facility and helping me find the right storage unit\. When I realized the first unit was a little too small for what I needed, she was very accommodating and took the time to show me other options that fit both my needs and my price range\. She was incredibly sweet, helpful, and easy to talk to throughout the entire process\. I've used this Extra Space Storage location for 3yrs during the summer. It has improved every year. Secure and clean. I saw a staff member by the name of Marisela walking the floors to monitor them. She was pleasant and helpful. She followed up with me the next day to confirm that I was moved out of my unit and to cancel my rental. If I need a storage space next summer I will definitely go back.
