Extra storage charges too much! Why don’t you have a special discount for people 60 years and older?! People on fixed incomes are having a really tough time! Especially since the pandemic!

Descent Storage Facility.... But the Backdoor Entrance haven't Worked in over 2 months....It's Ridiculous and Inconvenient to have to Park in the Back Parking Lot and Walk All the Way Around to the Front Door Entrance....To then Walk Back To the Back Entrance to Open the Dock,to Bring in Items.... Something needs to be done, I'm a Senior Citizen this is Too Much Unnecessary Labor,!

I've been here since 2/ 2012 and moving out 2/11/23...wow. Never had any problems...workers were very courteous...very helpful and willing to help with any situation that may occur if any. And especially one of Extra space workers "Chiquita James" beautiful spirit..always kind and helpful. Making sure all my answers are answered. This is the place to storage if ever needed ...you want a worker like Chiquita James to help you. Thank you for all your help. God bless!!!
