Had an amazing experience at the Extra Space Storage on S Halsted. Miguel A. Valenzuela and Alician Pitts were both top-tier from start to finish. Professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and welcoming instead of feeling like “just another transaction.” Miguel carried himself like somebody who truly takes pride in the property and customer service. Alician was sharp, attentive, and made sure every question got answered thoroughly. The facility itself was clean, organized, and well-managed, which reflects the leadership there.
