Had an amazing experience at the Extra Space Storage on S Halsted. Miguel A. Valenzuela and Alician Pitts were both top-tier from start to finish. Professional, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and welcoming instead of feeling like “just another transaction.” Miguel carried himself like somebody who truly takes pride in the property and customer service. Alician was sharp, attentive, and made sure every question got answered thoroughly. The facility itself was clean, organized, and well-managed, which reflects the leadership there. In a world where customer service feels rushed and robotic, these two actually made people feel valued. If you need storage in Chicago, this is definitely the location to go to. Miguel was super friendly and personable.. I called 5 min before was able to walk in. Miguel showed me several units and was patient while I took forever to decide which unit will fit my needs. Thank you Miguel and Extra space storage for my extra space!

Super friendly and always available. Alison has always been a great help even when I’ve been locked out of my unit which was horrible but she saved the day! It’s a secured gated space as well that gives the client a peace of mind. Never had an issue with climate control.
