I just had the best experience with Mr. R. Ramirez as I inquired about getting a bigger unit. Unfortunately the employee who took care of me 4 months ago FAILED to tell me about the difference in price for units other than 1st Floor. Thanks to this young Man I'm switching to a unit almost twice the size for $20.00 more!!!; He is an ASSET to this storage company!
