We've stored here for less than a month paying $150/mo for a "climate controlled" unit and we got water damage and mold within a couple weeks. Our record collection is ruined. One of my bookshelves is ruined. A bunch of our books are damp. We were only told there was a flood when we came in to store more things and noticed all the water damage. We were also told water hadn't gotten into other people's units but we confirmed with other people that came by today that it had. Everyone who stores here should check that their stuff isn't destroyed, I'm really gutted and frustrated with the lack of communication about the flood at minimum. Calling a unit "climate controlled" when it floods, has roaches, and has the humidity levels of the Everglades is crazy.

We sincerely apologize for the water damage, mold, and lack of communication regarding the flood, Caroline. We completely understand how heartbreaking it is to have your record collection, bookshelf, and books ruined, especially in a unit you trusted to be climate-controlled.
