I just opened my own storage here. But my daughter had one when it was cube smart, then Extra Space bought them. They went up on the price tremendously she closed the unit just as I am opening mines. Too early for me to really give a good honest opinion. I hope after I have my unit 3 months later they don't decide to up the price. But overall the unit was clean and nice.
