Since they have changed to Extra Space stoarge my rates have doubled in less than a year. I've included a picture so everyone can see. Prior to that mice went into my units and destroyed $1000s in brand new furniture, many of my wedding and bridal shower gifts. All brand new. I had to hire movers to move the little bit I was able to salvage. I had to throw away so much of my clothes and shoes. The company itself is terrible. The on-site manger thats been there since they changed to extra space stroage from cube smart has tried to be as helpful as he can, but he can only do so much with his higher ups making the decisions. But after such a terrible experience and being with them for so long I would never think they would double my rate! Truly terrible company. So just be aware of their business practices. I've contacted management and their customer service beyond the store. They've put in multiple cases but have not returned my calls.
