I've only been a customer for a little under a year and my experience has been okay so far. I did have an issue with pricing, but was quickly resolved by management. I moved in with a great promotion and was told that price would increase in small increments over time every few months. I'm fine with that considering the size of the unit, but the problem was with the first increase, there was no warning despite being told that I would receive notice about a month in advance. When it happened again, my payment doubled. In both cases, management resolved by reducing payment. The building and units appear to be clean for the most part. Hard to keep everything out as you cannot control the cleanliness of other customers, but for the times I've been there, at least once per week, I've seen very few creepy crawlers (maybe 3 total). Other than that, I can assume they exterminate pretty well. Overall, it's a good spot and I would feel comfortable referring a friend.
