Do spare yourself and NEVER rent at this location. Not only may you/your belongings suffer from the ceiling leaks and floods this old uncared building will surely bring. The manager Kimberly B. does NOT know the meaning of Customer Service if it were sat in her lap. Kimberly is SO rude and has SUCH a horrible demeanor even when searching for a new facility more than one location had already heard the countless horror stories of how she treats Customers. Now the building while the last cleaning team that was brought in to clean our once again flooded unit was A++ it does not excuse the fact that we have had to move our unit 4 times while at this location. Insurance claims damaged goods all a huge headache some items not replaceable. Not to mention the very 1st time we had a flood they didn’t even bother to call us! They simply broke our lock entered our unit and had a team moving our things. We were onsite before they finished this felt very wrong and we should have left this location then, we paid more than monetary for the convenience. I even witnessed them go right into another unit without the owner present. So horrible! Now if you are down for flooding, ceiling leaks, and the worst manager then this is your place! And good luck trying to access the corporate team for help, it’s impossible!
