It was a great experience . The settlement went quick and smoothly . I received the first month for free and a discount on the following months. The manager was very polite and eager to show me all the options. The facility is very easy to access; it is clean throughout, and there are plenty of carts.

5 stars down to 2 stars. Service Reps are Great, the company in general is almost criminal. They get you into a unit and then increase the price x2 then x3 or higher. 100% of the time You will get a letter of increase claiming that it is month to month lease and they need to follow Market rates. However, the same unit that you were paying $80 now your are paying $190+ is online for rent for $60 which is the Market rate not $190. Basically you are just being trapped into a bad lease and it should be against the law as it is not the actual market rate for why they move the price up. They know that it is a pain for you to go back and move your stuff out so they just take advantage of this and trap you into overpaying. It's bad business practice. The excuse will be that "everyone" every storage company does this. IMO, Doesn't make it right and it should be illegal. They don't offer you long term lease options. If you pay ahead you can pay for up to 6 months in advance but rest assured they will 100% move your rent up soon by x2 or x3 soon and claim 'market rate'. It's bad business practice in my mind. Perhaps I am alone on this, but imagine if every month your landlord could double your rent knowing that you did not need or want to deal with moving out. So I'm done with storage. This is the third time they got me on this same tactic. No more. They had a good customer, now they don't. I'm sure a lot of other people have experienced this also and eventually it will come back to them. Again, all of the staff is friendly and easy to work with. The place is well maintained and good for short term stays if you pay upfront. I would not recommend staying in a unit for more than a few months. You are better off selling, donating or dumping your stuff than leaving in a storage unit long term.
