I would recommend this place to all my friends & family. The place is very clear it has climate control, it is very well-lit & space-age. Liz the manager was very friendly & was able to answer all of my questions. She took me on a tour of the place & showed me how to use my code to get in. I feel that everything is well organized. Thank you Liz for all of your help. One more thing the units are very affordable.

Extra Space Storage in Itasca is a well-maintained facility and has easy access to the units. We had a bit of an issue which was scary at first but once we were able to speak with Liz, the manager in Itasca, she went above and beyond to make things right. Nothing says more about a person’s character than when an honest mistake is made and the person owns it and rectifies it with excellent results. Thank you, Liz. Extra Space Storage is lucky to have such an exceptional manager working for them. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Itasca, ask for Liz and you will not be disappointed.
