These people do not work with people within the 30 day month limit they double the price if you’re more than 20 days late, it’s not even within the 30 day period so they can take your stuff and sell it. Sometimes people are a little bit late with their payment and don’t mind paying a realistic late fee, but to double the price to get your shit is unbelievable. Lucky for me I didn’t have anything worth of value, but clothes, makeup and shoes. Don’t rent from the sharks

I had a great experience with Liz, the store manager at Extra Space Storage in Itasca. I visited this morning, and she was friendly, professional, and helpful while showing me around and explaining my options. I liked the unit but wanted to compare the price and distance with another location before deciding. Liz gave me a much better price, so I called her back about an hour later. She handled everything over the phone, from the rental agreement to payment, and made the entire process smooth and convenient. Thank you, Liz, for your excellent customer service!
