The store manager, Kari, is amazing. This was my first time ever renting a storage space, and she made the process so easy and understandable for me. Kari was also incredibly thoughtful. When she saw that my unit was on the complete other side of the building, she offered me a much closer one, and this made such a huge difference. I trust this location so much, and I would recommend it to all my friends

Kari at the Libertyville, Illinois location, does a great job as store manager. She is very friendly and will get back to you right away if you have any questions. My wife and I are always impressed with how neat and orderly everything is there. It’s a large building too, but it always seems to be well maintained, which is probably no easy task!

Our experience couldn’t have gone better, from helping assess our needs, to offering different payment plans, to giving us all the information we might need, enabling us to optimally access the goods we have…, including that which we’ve already relocated there, from elsewhere.
