The directions on how to enter the storage unit facility and my own personal unit were amazing! And when I opened the door to my unit it was extremely clean and well maintained, which allowed me to move my things right in hassle free. The only thing that I would tell your customers is that if they have more than 1 vehicle with them, (such as a moving company) that the gate only lets 1 vehicle leave at a time.?? Otherwise, Thank you guys so much!! I will definitely recommend you to others who are looking for additional storage space.

The absolute worst company to deal with. I haven't even had my storage unit for half of a year and they've already raised the rates up on me by $40. They refuse to give me any explanation to why the rate was raised. My account was just charged for almost $80 more than what my rate for the storage unit was. Absolutely zero notification on price change and when I called the customer service line. They pretend they have no idea what's going on and told me, my price never went up. So a question to you, why did my account raise by $40? Your customer service agents will not answer this question, Maybe you will.
