The workers were very helpful when my fiance and I asked questions regarding. Getting the unit was very easy and stress free. If we ever need to get another storage unit I am definitely using them again!

I love this storage space! I’ve used them multiple times and it’s so easy to rent and also easy to close out when you don’t need it anymore. And everyone is very friendly and helpful!

When Covid hit in 2020 we moved our company out of our 50 person office. We stored our entire office (desk, chairs, files) at Extra Storage. Here it is March 2024 and we’re still storing with them. Their customer service is fantastic and the facility is always very clean and welcoming. Highly recommend storing with them if you’re in the Lombard area.
