Theresa was very clear, courteous, concise about the storage unit contract. I also want to add that during the SUMMER months it should 65 Degrees on the 4th floor not 75 degrees. Anything higher will have all my clothes muggy and electronics inoperable due to CONDENSATION. PUT THAT AIR CONDITIONER ON EXTRA SPACE...
