Erin is phemonal. She explained everything to me in great detail. Erin provided a walk thru of the facility showing me exactly where my unit would be. Erin showed me how to use the lock and made sure that I was comfortable with using the lock. Erin explained all the rules hours and gate access times. Renting a storage unit with Erin was such a pleasure.
