This is my first time renting here. I stopped by before I rented. Mostly to see if the size was what we needed, as we were moving things from a 4 bdrm 3 bath house. There is no office there, but Don was there! He answered all my questions, showed me how to rent on the website and that there was an office about 20 minutes away if I needed anything else. After I rented I ran into Don again and he helped by answering more of my questions. Don is knowledgeable, personable and professional. I would recommend this storage facility because of him alone! He really cares about the customers. But the price is great and the location off the freeway was awesome too. Having Don there was an A+ Thanks again Don!??
