I had such a great experience thanks to Shuji and Gary at Extra Space Storage. They both truly went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly helpful, kind, and proactive — not just with the storage process itself, but also with things like helping me manage trash and driving me to and from my units. I had a wonderful experience renting a storage unit here, and it was all thanks to the amazing staff member who helped me! She took the time to walk me through every detail, making sure I felt completely comfortable and informed. On top of being incredibly knowledgeable, she was so warm and friendly throughout the whole process. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely goes above and beyond for their customers.
