We were looking for a more accessible storage when I found ESS. They were helpful when I chatted with the associate to inquire about the facility. I was contacted shortly by the facility and I spoke with Ginger. She was super helpful and answered all my questions. It was was easy to set up over the phone so I didn't have to make a trip to the facility until we are ready to move in. I might add more comments after we move in, if necessary. Very pleased so far.

Extra space storage has been a great experience! The customer service is very kind and considerate. With moving and using storage facilities it can be a hassle but they have really relieved the extra stress. I started with Marisela and she is so sweet and helpful to now Ginger who is also amazing, patient and understanding. Thank you for all your help !!
