Good facility. Its an older building but worked well for storing all my stuff while I was out of state and moving. I wish I was able to do more with my online account because I had some billing issues, but the customer service I received was so good it made up for it. Frida was so helpful, always kind, made sure my problem got resolved, and followed back up later just to make sure everything got taken care of and I was all set. Great location in downtown Aurora, and would rent here again because of Frida
