I used Extra Space Storage for a couple of months, and it was an amazing experience! The facility is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and safe. You can drive right inside, making loading and unloading so convenient. What really stood out for me was the atmosphere—unlike other storage places that can feel a bit eerie, this one has good music playing and a clean, well-lit environment. It made the whole experience much more comfortable and secure. Highly recommend!

I recently transfered from one unit to another at the Extra Space location on Naper Blvd in Naperville, Il. Keith is extremely well versed and answers all my questions here. Brent is a newer addition at this location and I very much appreciated his help and patience during my transfer. Everybody is quite friendly and everything you need is always taken care of. I like the customers who rent here as well. It is a great location. I recommended a friend to this location and they have been a customer ever since.. Thanks!
