Move in was very pleasant. Keith was very helpful - showed me to my space, set up the lock for me, and he has an excellent energy for customer service. (I’ll rate Extra Space Storage based on how aggressively they ultimately increase rates - predatory price gouging seems to be the new industry norm. I hope I’m pleasantly surprised. ;)
