We had another great experience at Extra Space Storage in Naperville. We needed to rent a second, smaller storage unit in addition to the one we already have, and Brent was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He took the time to show us a couple of available units, answered all of our questions, and got everything set up quickly. We were able to move into the new unit the very same day, which made things so much easier. The entire facility is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and organized, which gives us confidence that our belongings are being stored in a great environment. Brent also explained how the transfer process works if we decide to move to a larger unit in the future, which was very helpful since we’ll probably need to do that. Excellent customer service, a spotless facility, and an easy, hassle-free experience. We highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Naperville!
