A very well run facility!! Clean and well kept. Management worked with us to find the best deals for long term, climate controlled storage. We had sold our house so our entire world was stored here and there were no worries. Highly recommend.

Check my update! Original review: Very friendly service and gave us a solution to our needs. The month to month lease is great since we only need it for 3 months. Climate controlled too!! Update 6/11/25: My initial review was done at the time I rented the units at the request of Adam. Turned out we needed the units more thanbthree months. After about a year the prices were raised 31% on one unit and 39% on the other with no justification!!! Just the contractual statement that says they can. A modest increase I could tolerate, but this much!!! Rip off!! This company did the same to my daughter at a different location so apparently this is part of their business model. Just want everyone to know that BEFOREHAND!! Go elsewhere's if you can! Another update! I moved my stuff out of the smaller unit I was renting today 7/1/25. The charge went through on the 26th of June so I am paid through 7/27 they tell me. However, my stuff is no longer there AND THEY WILL NOT PRORATE A REIMBURSEMENT for the time I am not using the storage!!! Do yourself a favor and read the entire rental lease before you sign with this and other extra space storage facilities!! UPDATE 5/19/26: I did dpeak with a regional representative about the steep cost increase from the starting year and he did give me a discount on that increase. Paid $271/month for last year. Now..for year 3..the price invreased $70 to $341.00 monthly! I cannot imagine that "operating expenses" have increased that much!! I will have another update soon.
