Although there was know available unit to rent Dez Medina was very helpful and knowledgeable about the facility. He was very pleasant and patient with me as I had many questions. I highly recommend the South Holland storage facility.

I wanted to ask a few questions prior to confirm my reservation online and when I walked into the facility, Dez greeted me immediately and engaged in a conversation with high levels of professionalism. After he answered my initial questions he provided me with his business card and ask me to call if I had any further concerns or questions. Upon completing my online reservation, I returned to the facility and received the same professional conduct from Dez. Overall I had an outstanding experience confirming my reservation and receiving my code with very satisfactory instructions. I would definitely recommend this facility for any of your storage needs.

I am beyond Grateful for the Outstanding Customer Service at this location! Some of the tenants have been here for years, and are treated as family! My mother is one of them.
