I moved early last year to Troy Illinois. I looked at a few storage unit facility's. I ended up going with Extra Space Storage. It's close to my new home and had the perfect 10'x 20' unit. Slowly but surely I moved quite a bit stuff to my new home. Yesterday I called Extra Space Storage looking to down size. I spoke with Unata and she fixed me up with a 10'x 10' unit that was perfect! My daughter and I moved everything into the new unit. I spoke again this morning with Unata . She is a VERY PLEASANT woman to talk to and assured we were all fixed up! ???? JIMMIE LAWLER
