AS OF THIS WRITING, I HAVE HAD ASSISTANCE FROM A REP ON THE PHONE SUNDAY TO HAVE SOME QUESTIONS ANSWERED AND START THE PROCESS OF RESERVING STORAGE SPACE. I RECEIVED A CALL ON THE NEXT DAY(MONDAY) FROM THE MANAGER OF THE FACILITY I HAD SELECTED AND WAS TREATED VERY WELL AS WE COMPLETED THE REGISTRATION PROCESS. TO VISIT THE SPACE TODAY AND START USING IT.

Facility is kept clean and office hours are convenient. Only drawback for us was the recent rate increases with changes in ownership. Customer Service has been great.
