You can hear a lot of mixed reviews from people who nitpick over everything. To give an honest review, the staff here is excellent and friendly. I come here for work just about everyday of the month. I cannot find one thing to complain about. Fair prices for a clean, well-lit and air conditioned unit. UHaul and other places may be slightly cheaper or around the same price, but when you are storing something that has value to you, I wouldn’t cheap out to save 10 dollars a month (this unit happened to be better priced than other competitors in the area for the same space). So far, my experience with multiple ExtraSpace units has been excellent. Highly recommend.
