Was a good temporary place to store our stuff. Facility is clean, drive-in, temperature controlled and has decent carts to use. Best part for us was the friendly helpful staff. Especially Tom. On the other hand . . . we did not care for the shady practice of jacking up the rental fee a few short months after we moved in. We were outta there a month before the increase. I do not care to do business with this type company. 50% rate hike! See ya

The staff was helpful and attentive. The units are exceptionally clean. You can unload from your car in a covered, temperature controlled space onto sturdy carts that roll easily to your bay.

This is now my fourth storage unit with Extra Space, but my first with this location. The building has a drive-in door. It’s so nice that there is one less barrier or obstacle to getting things into the unit. I did everything online, so my unit is was ready in less than an hour contact free exactly as the others were. I was a little thrown off by the map provided by the facility. I popped into the office to clarify. Berly immediately acknowledged me when I walked in and clarified the kind of assistance I needed was something she could only do once she was finished with the customer ahead of me. I feel certain she wanted to make sure I wasn’t waiting long for a simple answer. The facility is well lit, clean, and clearly labeled just in line with the brand. I had to use the restroom on the way out. I was really truly shocked to see how well maintained and clean it was. It sparkled. By the law of entropy, it cannot always do that, but knowing it’s reset to standards I’ve only barely seen in five star dining says a lot. This is the brand to keep your things in a home away from home. I’m moving my outdoor storage items into this facility because the ease of access is just unparalleled. That was never even a consideration before coming here. I did lose the opportunity to get the original size I wanted. When the website says there is only one left, that is not a ploy… There’s is nothing more you could want outside of waiting to not need a storage shed.
