During my visit after renting a unit, I had to return for some packaging material for my glassware! Staff was present and greeted me with a smile. Made suggestions on other products that would aid in my packing and was very professional through the entire process. I would highly recommend this hidden gem off Washington street with their superb customer service, professionalism with a smile and answered all my questions, and quick in and out process with payment options!!!!

Manager was great and helpful, but the overall price increases, the fact that our indoor unit had a rodent issue, and that the app randomly stopped working on Android briefly so we couldn't access our stuff, was too much to continue to rent here. The price increased over 150%(!!) in just over a year. We had tarps covering our items that we had to leave behind due to mouse droppings all over them (no food or perishable items in unit), not to mention the hallway had droppings everywhere in the winter. App stopped working for Android phones (2 different phones, both less than 18 months old). Just too many things gone wrong.

Was very helpful and very nice . I had no clue what I was doing to even get in the gate and she helped me . Then she showed me to my storage unit and helped me with the lock. Without her It would have took me all day to figure everything out. I want to thank her very much for everything she done for me
