The guy that did my rental at the counter was very friendly, welcoming, & efficient! And he explained things very well & confirmed my understanding.My unit was very clean without odor!????

I had a Bluetooth locking 10x15 unit. My property was unaffected by temperature/weather and the facility was adequately secure. Just like any storage facility, the rates increased every few months until I had to get my things out due to it being unaffordable. It was easy to close out the account and the staff was friendly. Definitely recommended for shorter term storage needs (<10 months).

We were welcome with greetings as we walked through the door . We were showed a couple of units to make a choice on what was best for our needs. I was even informed about my senior citizen discount. Everything went smoothly sitting up the account. They also took time out to show me how to get the digital entry up and running. I would send other people in their direction. Todd and the manger of this location were both some of the best in customer service area I have ever come across. If you hire more people like the two of them I think your company will shine above all. Thank you!
