The only reason why you would get 5 stars is due to Amanda. She gave ?? great customer service. She answered all my questions whenever I called. The only thing is that the storage unit was a little narrow in between the buildings. Even though it snowed it made it more harder to maneuver in between the buildings.The location of my unit located on another area which I was not expecting.

Although the staff were excellent, i had 2 increases in rent from about $154 to $194 then a second time to $223 and thats less than a full year. I feelt they lock you in low and hope you put a lot in storage so when they in rease your rent you won't move because most of us know we don't want to have to move. I believe all storage units should lock in your rate for one year and disclose that it may go up the next. So overall, i am disappointed in their practices.

I had a very pleasant experience, a nice gentleman named Carson was able to help in selecting the correct unit for me, I was able to explain what I was wanting to place in storage.And he was able to help me select the unit that would best fit my needs. We went over prices and units sizes over all process was simple and easy.
