Todd took care of us again today. The units and grounds are clean. We have easy access from two outside doors that get us to our units. Digital access for the entry and exit gates is great. Beware of rental increases! They do send a notice of increase. I would prefer they give me a real price in the beginning.

I only needed for a month while we went planned a move. I needed a place for outdoor equipment and TVs since I did not want movers moving those items. It was extremely easy to sign up and get a unit. And the access to the gates with the Extra Space Storage APP was extremely convenient. Move out was simple too.

Todd was very helpful, patient, and understanding with us senior citizens. We were able to get a great unit and was very helpful in setting up our phone for use with our unit. He was very concerned with our safety with all the snow around from the storm.
