First time renting a locker to store my winter clothes and some electronics during a move and WOW, talk about EASY! Just download the app, and you can do everything on your own. Open the gate, open the door etc. just so easy and convenient. Plus there’s a big strong security looking dude at the gate watching, so it made me feel safe while I was putting my stuff away. Highly recommend!

Avoid this storage facility at all costs. I stored my belongings here while I was living in Florida, including over $30,000 worth of valuables — jewelry, firearms, and more. I got a call from staff saying my unit “might” have been broken into, but they claimed they weren’t sure. That alone is unacceptable. I spent weeks calling trying to get a straight answer, and no one could give me one. When I finally made it there about a month later, everything was gone. To make matters worse, I was told by a police officer that break-ins happen here all the time and the security cameras are basically useless. So not only did they fail to protect my unit, they didn’t even have proper surveillance in place. It gets worse — the facility actually entered my unit and repaired a cut wall without properly notifying me. They knew something had happened but still failed to clearly inform me or take responsibility. I ended up losing around $30,000. Insurance only covered a fraction of it, and this business took zero accountability. This place is careless, poorly managed, and not secure. Do not trust them with anything valuable.
