I experienced great satisfaction working with Lydia Hodapp at Extra Space Storage. She was very professional, yet personable, experienced, and a super rapport builder all wrapped into one individual. I was welcomed from the door, and given high quality service throughout our tour of the property. Lydia gave me sound advice when opportunities presented themselves. She made it her business to make me feel like a valued perspective tenant. I wouldn't hesitate to refer Lydia to family and friends. She's got a knack for the business of making her tenants feel like they've made the right decision. I do believe Lydia loves her job. It's much appreciated!

The gate is bluetooth compatible as well as most of the locks. I love it because its easier and faster just unlocking it all from my phone

Lydia at Extra Space goes above and beyond for the 6 months I had used the service. I was accidentally charged on my last month's rent and she caught it, reversed the charges and called me to let me know. Very helpful. If I still lived nearby I would definitely use this location for storage again. Excellent!

Anyone knows moving and putting your belongings in storage is not an enjoyable experience. However this storage facility did everything possible to make it easy. Lydia was great. The facility was extremely clean and easy to access. Great experience

The attendant was so helpful and explained everything I needed to know. And when no attendant was present, the person who answered the ph # at the exit answered immediately and helped me.
