Excellent customer service and seamless rental process are the highlights of the experience at Extra Space Storage ! I had great care from a very kind associate Name Jay he address my concerns, and they were answered in a quick manner. Very helpful. I appreciate the patience. And having the climate control keeps my items preserved. And discounted rate . The CONS: pricing structure. Starting at $70 then going up after 3 months . While I understand that rates fluctuate, having a price increase jump so early into rental feels a bit steep. Other than service and storage quality have been great. ????? Cass.
